Who this weekend is for:

You don’t have to be an athlete—or even a Christian—to come to Weekend of Champions.

If you’re curious about God, have questions about faith, or just want to see what FCA is all about, you’re welcome here.

  • Big worship.
  • Honest conversations.
  • Epic games.
  • New friendships.
  • GOSPEL CENTERED TEACHING.

It’s a weekend designed to help you have a blast, build real relationships, and discover more about who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him.

There are people praying for you right now—that you would know how deeply you are loved by your Creator.

So wherever you are in life, whatever your background, and whatever you believe, we’d love for you to join us this November. Come as you are. We’ll walk with you, pray with you, and point you toward Jesus.

And when things get competitive, just know this:

we did not come all this way to be mid.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Check with your local FCA Area Rep through your Huddle Leader if you or a student is in need of a scholarship. We never want finances to be a barrier to attending one of our camps! For more information, contact our Registrar!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

(Or not bring?) Excellent question. So glad you asked.

For sure bring:

  • Pillow — your neck will thank you.
  • Sleeping bag / air mattress / blankets — whatever keeps you from becoming one with the gym floor.
  • Towel — please. We’re begging you.
  • Toiletries — soap is ministry too.
  • Sunscreen — SPF whatever makes you not bright red (in case we can get outside)
  • Athletic clothes — you will work out and compete during WOC.
  • Modest clothing — keep the midsection covered, no crop tops, no cut out sleeves, and keep shorts an appropriate length and cut.
  • Leggings — totally fine; just be mindful of what you pair with them.
  • Hat — if that’s your thing.
  • Tennis shoes — non-negotiable.
  • Extra shoes or sandals — rain and mud have entered the chat before.
  • Socks
  • Undergarments — yes, we really had to put this on the list.
  • Extra $$ — FCA gear at the camp store may test your self-control.
  • Backpack
  • Watch
  • Water bottle — hydration is elite.
  • Snacks — to share or to hoard, that's between you and the Lord.
  • Any medications you may need — there will be a camp nurse to manage meds.

We’ve got you covered — Every WOC student will receive:

  • A Bible
  • Camp booklet
  • Pen
  • Official WOC shirt — because obviously you need the shirt.

Please don’t bring, if you can help it:

  • Valuables — if you’d be devastated to lose it, maybe let it enjoy the weekend at home.
  • Your phone — if you need to bring it, no problem. Just keep it silenced and out of sight during Assemblies and Huddle times. Your group chat will survive.

GOT QUESTIONS?

WHO'S GOING TO BE THERE?

Besides your friends, hundreds of students from across Nebraska, and—hopefully—you?

How about…

BIBLE TEACHER TO BE ANNOUNCED

Our Bible Teacher will be sharing from God's Word during Assemblies throughout the weekend. We can't wait to hear from him!
